  LUNCH 

Lunch is served from 11 am to 4 pm.  All sandwiches are served with choice of green salad or steak fries.  Upon request sandwiches are served with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickle.  Peter’s Steakhouse uses only trans fat-free oils in all cooking.

Dinner is served from 5 pm to 10 pm.  All dinners are served with salad and bread with butter.
We will not be responsible for steaks ordered medium well or well-done; beef becomes less tender when cooked more. Peter’s Steakhouse uses only trans fat-free oils in all cooking.
All steaks are seasoned with our House Blend steak seasonings.

Big White

“Big White Wine” is the wonderful blending of a variety of outstanding whites such as Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, and Chardonnay. This blend produces a refreshing, crisp white wine which brings forth the refreshing smooth tastes of citrus fruits that sit well on any table.

Big Red
“Big Red Wine” is the wonderful blending of a variety of outstanding reds. Merlot, Cabernet, Alicante, and just a touch of Petit Syrah bring forth mouth watering flavors. Everything from strong fruit-forward aromas, indicative of a variety of rich dark fruits, to the deep, bright color with additional layers of vanilla, mocha, and toasted oak are brought forth in this wine.
