Any size lunch or dinner party can request a limited menu, though we do not require if of groups smaller than thirty (30). If your party of 30 or more is for lunch or dinner the host of your party will need to decide on a menu for your group in advance. To choose a menu, please review the selections listed on the following pages and choose the items you would like to offer. If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to ask. To order party sized appetizers, please complete and return the appetizer order form. A 3 day notice is required for many of our appetizers.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES-BAR OPTIONS
Cash (No Host) Bar – Your guests pay for their drinks at regular price as they receive them.
Open Bar/Hosted – Your guests do not pay for their drinks. You pay for the amount they consume.
Open bars may be a pre-determined amount for an unlimited number of beverages during a specific period, e.g., one or two hours.
Consumption (Limitations) Bar – You set a dollar limitation on the amount of beverages you wish to pay for. When the limit is reached, the bar is closed, or becomes a cash bar.
Wine Service – Table wines are available for all meals. It is sold by the glass or the bottle.
Peter’s Steakhouse provides responsible alcohol service. As the host of an event, you are accountable for the behavior of your guests. Please assist us in ensuring responsible behavior. If your event includes alcohol service, all beverages must be supplied by Peter’s Steakhouse. Anyone ordering alcoholic beverages must be able to show a valid ID. Peter’s Steakhouse does not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service or end the event with no refund if the following occurs:
- We find any of your guests drinking alcohol not supplied by Peter’s Steakhouse, or outside of
designated service areas,
- If a minor, under the age of 21, is found drinking.
- We find someone providing alcohol to a minor.
- We find someone providing alcohol to someone who was refused bar service.
- If the safety of 2 or more of your guests, our staff and/or facility is in question.
RESERVED AREAS AND TABLE ARRANGEMENTS
Because of the restaurants layout, we can offer the upstairs banquet area for certain size parties. The size of the group and level of business will generally determine the table layout and location. If you have a special request as to the location of your party or configuration of tables please advise us when you make your reservation.
There is no charge for the banquet room rental when Peter’s Steakhouse provides lunch/dinner service.
Banquet room rental with no lunch/dinner service is $350.00.
Deposits are required of 30 or more. A deposit of $200 is due upon placing your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice. If you have a party of 30 or more we require a 5 day notice of cancellation. Please see deposit sheet for more information.
All items will be tabulated and presented on one check for your verification, signature and payment at the end of your function. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and company checks (no personal checks please). All sales are subject to sales tax and a 20% gratuity. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We guarantee you food, service, and space for your stated number of guests. In return, we ask that you advise us of any change in guest count 48 hours prior to the event.
Our corkage fee is $12.00 per bottle.
